The factory

What Runs under One Roof

  1. 01

    Fabric sourcing

Fabric and trims matched to your target GSM, blend and price — not picked from a catalogue.

  2. 02

    Cutting & sewing

Your pattern is cut to the tech pack you locked, then sewn on the running line. Size and colourway are set before bulk.

  3. 03

    Finishing & inspection

Trims, labels and the AQL 2.5 gate. Bulk is checked against the sample you approved before the balance is due.

  4. 04

    Packing & dispatch

Hung or folded, packed to retail spec — tags, poly bag, carton marks — then DDP, DAP or DPU freight.

The quality gate

  • AQL 2.5 final inspection with a photo report before the balance is due.
  • The sealed sample is the reference — what you approved is what ships.
  • Certificate copies come with the pack at RFQ — OEKO-TEX 100, BSCI and GRS, with the number behind each.

Under our roof — and what is not

  • In-house: fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing, labels and packaging.
  • Not under our roof: one-piece print-on-demand and single-off printed blanks.

Add a private-label or custom-packaging finish and the whole order leaves the same floor — one producer owns it from the first cut to the packed carton.

Timeline

From a 2015 Workshop to a Full Production Floor

Short, factual milestones — the long history stays in the archive.

Mark Zhang, founder and general manager of JaceApparel

From the founder

Mark Zhang started in apparel foreign trade on the floor — fabric sourcing, sampling, mass production, audit compliance, cross-border logistics — before he built JaceApparel. That chain of experience is why one team runs your file from fabric to packed carton.

He specialises in custom workwear and uniform manufacturing, serving brand owners, cross-border sellers and corporate buyers across Europe, the Americas and Australia — small-batch quick-turn orders and large-volume runs alike.

Why we exist

The Mission, the Direction, the Values

Three short cards, kept honest — the facts above and below are where we are judged.

Mission

Make a real cut-and-sew product reachable at first-drop scale — from 100 pieces per colour — without the 1,000-piece minimum that stalls a brand before it starts.

  • One team owns the file from fabric to packed carton.
  • The 100 pcs / colour minimum is on the quote, not buried in a conversation.

Vision

Be the factory a small brand grows on. The same producer, the same QC gate and the same spec control — whether the order is 100 pieces or a full container.

  • A first drop scales to a bulk program without re-specing.
  • No distinction in attention between a small run and a container.

Core Values

Four things you can hold us to — written plain, not as a slogan.

  • Quality first — the sealed sample is the contract for bulk.
  • Transparent communication — one producer, dated quotes, straight answers.
  • Sustainable production — standards we can name an issuer for.
  • Customer-oriented partnership — a first drop grows with your order.

How an order runs

Six Steps, Each with a Date on It

The same spec file is used for a small run and a bulk program — so a first drop scales to a full order without re-speccing.

  1. 01Day 0

    Tech pack / reference sample

Send a sketch, spec, or a reference garment we can measure.

  2. 021–2 days

    Fabric & trim confirmation

We match fabric, trims and finishing to your target price and hand-feel.

  3. 037–10 days

    Pre-production sample

Sealed sample is signed off — it becomes the contract for bulk.

  4. 04Per quote

    Bulk production + in-line check

Cut, sew and finish to the sealed sample on the running line.

  5. 05AQL 2.5

    Final inspection + packing photos

AQL 2.5 inspection and a photo report before the balance is due.

  6. 06Air 5–7 · sea 30–45

    Export docs / delivery

Paperwork, then DDP, DAP or DPU freight, air 5–7 days or sea 30–45 days to most countries worldwide.

Will Watters on a workshop visit, walking the cutting room with a JaceApparel producer

“I came out to see the line before committing, and it settled the decision. They took me through the cutting room and the sewing lines, showed me where the fabric is checked, and answered the small questions you never think to ask on a call.”

Will WattersBrand owner
Brianna Sterling at a design review with the JaceApparel team, going over a spec at the screen

“The design review is what sold us. We sat at the screen and went through the spec line by line, then held the fabric and the print against it — they caught two things I had missed and we locked the pack the same day.”

Before you commit

Due Diligence, Answered Straight

01Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We run the cut-and-sew floor in Hubei, China. The desk that quotes your job is the desk that runs it — you are talking to the producer, not a middleman.

02How do I check you are a real factory before I commit?

Ask for a video walkthrough, a current compliance number and a client reference in your category. We answer it straight at RFQ, and a visit can be arranged by appointment.

03Who runs my order day to day?

One producer owns the file from fabric to packed carton — sourcing, sampling, production and inspection. The question never bounces between departments.

04How is the quality of a bulk run checked?

Bulk is inspected to AQL 2.5 before the balance is due, and you get a photo report of the run — the finish is signed off against the sample you kept.

05What do you need from me for a dated price?

A spec, a sketch or a reference garment, plus your target quantity and colours. We reply with fabric, trims, a sample date and a bulk window — dated, not a walk-in estimate.
