One-stop

Everything in One Production System

JaceApparel keeps cut-and-sew, print, labels and packaging in one production system.

When a run passes through several hands, the spec drifts — a seam here, a colour there — until the bulk no longer matches the sample. Here you send one brief and get one locked pack, from cloth to carton.

Pick a single service or the whole set. Each is quoted on the same order, and the sample you approve is the reference the bulk is held to.

It is a production workshop, not a broker — cut-and-sew in-house since 2015, with the certificates named on the compliance pack at RFQ.

Questions

Customization Questions We Hear Most

01What is the minimum order?

From 100 pcs per colour. Each colourway opens its own minimum; the sizes inside one can be mixed freely, so a colour does not need a full size run.

02Screen printing or sublimation — which should I choose?

Screen printing for a logo or a small number of spot colours on the outside of the cloth; sublimation for a full all-over, photographic pattern that is dyed into the fabric. All-over sublimation on a low order routes to a print partner.

03Is there a set-up fee for embroidery?

Digitising your logo is a one-off cost on the quote; there is no recurring fee. The run is priced on the same order.

04How many colours can you print per garment?

Screen printing is priced per spot colour per order and proofed on the actual cloth before the run, so you only pay for the colour separations you actually use.

05What is the sample lead time and fee?

A prototype in 7–10 working days, with the 3–5 fit revisions inside that. The sample is $80–150 per style, and the fee is returned once the style clears a 500-piece bulk order.

06Do you make the labels and packaging as well?

Yes — woven and heat-transfer labels, hangtags, care marks, branded boxes and bags are produced in-house to the tech pack and applied before the garment is packed.

07How is the finished order shipped?

Export packing and DDP, DAP or DPU freight to most countries worldwide — air 5–7 days or sea 30–45 days. Freight is itemised on the quote before you commit.
