01What happens after I send the brief?
It is read to answer it and nothing else. No copy of it sits on this site, and nothing is added to a mailing list — the privacy notice sets out the whole path it takes.
02Can I send a tech pack or artwork with the brief?
Yes — drop a link to it in the style notes box; Dropbox, Google Drive and a portfolio page all work. If the files are large, or you would rather not host them, write to info@jaceapparel.com and attach them there.
03Do you quote before I pay a sample fee?
Yes. Feasibility and price come back first; you only pay for a sample if you decide to go ahead.
04What do you need to price a job?
Send whatever you have — a spec sheet, a sketch, a photo of a garment you already sell, or just the idea. Add your quantity, the colours and the destination country.
05Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. We are in Huopai, Xiangyang — message us and we will arrange a time.
06How do I reach you outside the form?
Email info@jaceapparel.com, or write to the factory address. Both arrive at the same inbox.
