1. What This Site Is, and What It Is Not

This site describes a cut-and-sew manufacturing service, written for buyers rather than consumers. It is not a contract, a warranty or an offer:

• Purpose: JaceApparel produces custom garments to order, from 100 pieces per colour, cutting and sewing to the buyer’s own block, pattern or reference garment rather than a fixed catalogue.
• Scope: Figures published here are working terms rather than marketing copy. Each one is quotable at RFQ, and none is rounded up.
• Accountability: A page on this site does not create a contract on its own. What does bind either side is set out at the end of this page.

2. Quotes, Prices and Lead Times

Every price and every window is an estimate until a quote is issued for one specific order:

• Quotes: A quote is written for one specification, one quantity and one destination. Change any of the three and the figures are re-issued rather than adjusted.
• Sample fee: The prototype sample is charged at US$80–150 per style, itemised on the quote and credited against bulk orders of 500 pieces or more.
• Prototype window: A prototype takes 7–10 working days after the tech pack locks, with 3–5 rounds of fit revision included.
• Bulk window: Bulk production runs 7–15 working days. It starts once the sample is approved, so the two windows do not overlap.
• Shipping: Transit is 5–7 days by air or 30–45 days by sea, quoted on DDP, DAP or DPU terms to most countries.
• Unit pricing: Per-piece pricing is not published on this site. It is quoted per project, because it moves with the fabric, the quantity and the decoration.

3. Colour, Fabric and Photographs

Photographs and swatches show a garment; they cannot promise the one that arrives:

• Screens: A monitor, a phone and a printed page show the same fabric differently. A colour is confirmed against a physical swatch, not against a picture on a screen.
• Dye lots: Fabric is dyed in lots. Where a repeat order has to match an earlier one, that is arranged in advance rather than guaranteed after the fact.
• Studio shots: Where a garment is shown here, it is one this factory made, photographed as produced. Nothing on this site illustrates a JaceApparel garment with a stock photograph.
• Weight: Where a fabric weight is quoted in GSM, it is the mill’s stated weight for that cloth rather than a measurement this site takes itself.

4. Certificates and Claims

Three certificates are held, and the site names only those three:

• Held: The certificates JaceApparel holds are OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI and GRS. Claims that rest on one of them are checked against the document itself before they are published here.
• Named standards: A standard named on this site that is not in that set is there to explain what the standard covers, not to claim the factory holds it.
• Inspection: Quality statements refer to the final inspection carried out for that order, at AQL 2.5. No page claims a pass rate beyond it.
• No index: No outside body scores this factory on a published index, so no page here prints an audit score or a ranking.

5. Measurements and Tolerances

Finished measurements follow the approved sample and the tech pack, not the marketing copy:

• Specification: Every garment is cut to the buyer’s own size chart and tech pack. The measurements that govern the run are the ones agreed there.
• Tolerance: A cut-and-sew run varies slightly from piece to piece, which is why this site publishes no standing tolerance figure. Where a limit matters for one order, it is agreed and written into the tech pack before cutting.
• Shrinkage and wash: How a fabric behaves after washing depends on the cloth, the finish and the care it is given. Any wash or shrinkage requirement belongs in the tech pack, not in a general claim here.
• Grading: Sizes are graded from the buyer’s base size. A grade rule is confirmed at the sample stage, before bulk cutting begins.

6. Artwork, Logos and Intellectual Property

Artwork reaches this factory from the buyer, and the rights behind it stay with the buyer:

• Supplied files: Logos, prints, labels and packaging artwork are supplied by the buyer, in the format the factory asks for, before the sample or the run.
• Rights: The buyer warrants that they hold the right to use every mark, image and design they send. JaceApparel reproduces what it is given and clears no trademark on the buyer’s behalf.
• Proofing: Where a design is printed or embroidered, a proof is made on the actual cloth of the garment first. The proof that is approved is the one the run follows.
• Confidentiality: A buyer’s designs, patterns and technical documents are used only to make their order, and are not passed to another client or presented as our own work without permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Links out of this site lead to pages this factory does not control:

• External pages: Where a page here links to a mill, a standards body or another site, that link is for reference. The linked page is not maintained or endorsed by JaceApparel.
• Accuracy: A third-party page can change or disappear without notice. This site is not responsible for what an outside page says once it has been opened.
• No affiliation: A link to a standards organisation or a supplier does not mean a partnership, a sponsorship or an approval of this factory.

8. What Binds

In one line

The dated quote and the approved sample are the two documents that govern an order. Everything on this site is there to help a buyer reach them; where a page and the quote differ, the quote is the one that stands.
