Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Clothing Manufacturer
01What is the lead time?
Prototype in 7–10 working days after the tech pack locks, fit revisions in 3–5. Air is 5–7 days, sea 30–45 days.
02What is the minimum order?
From 100 pcs per colour. Sizes may be mixed inside a colour, and the colour — not the style — is what the minimum is counted against.
03How does the sample fee work?
$80–150 per style. Credited back when that style hits a bulk order of 500+ pcs; on a smaller first run the sample is a one-off cost and is itemised on the quote.
04What are the payment terms?
Milestone — a deposit starts the run, the balance after final inspection; the split is printed on your quote.
05How much is shipping on a small order?
Freight is on the quote before you commit; on a small run it can be 30–40% of the goods’ value.
06What happens if the order arrives wrong or damaged?
Fixed or credited at the final inspection. Anything outside the sealed sample is re-produced or those units credited, and the re-freight is ours when the fault is ours.
07Are the certificates real, and who are they issued to?
OEKO-TEX 100, BSCI and GRS, each issued to the manufacturing entity, not a reseller. The number and a current copy come with the compliance pack at RFQ.
08Do you do print-on-demand or one-off pieces?
No — we cut and sew from a low minimum, not one-piece print-on-demand. A single printed blank is a print shop’s job.
